Angela Marie Patnode is a local Transformational Coach and Spiritual Mentor, guiding people to break free of being overwhelmed or feeling stuck and helping them unlock their inner peace and heart-centered purpose. She offers clients life-changing one-on-one programs, meditation classes, specialty workshops and transformational retreats.

Angela started her business in 2010, after 20 years as a mountain guide and outdoor educator and eight years of searching for her true calling during that time. Her journey started in 2002 when she woke up overwhelmed with anxiety, leading her to discover that living with a closed heart and busyness was not her path in life. After several years of extensive relaxation practices and training, she has found absolute clarity and peace. She now guides others on the journey of opening their hearts, and being true and honest with themselves and in their life.
