ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
Gary Gannon is the co-founder and principal of SciGaia, DBA Visual Life Web, a technology company dedicated to helping improve the process of scientific collaboration and discovery in support of social, environmental, and economic decision-making and education.  The SciGaia model is built around four simple and powerful objectives, including capture, collaborate, educate and act.  Prior to SciGaia, Gary was a director with Startup Bozeman, an International Advisory Board Member for the United Nations Global Compact Cities Programme, Executive Manager for Perseid Associates and a co-founder of UBMatrix, a XBRL-based platform and products for the full lifecycle of design, development and deployment of applications that collect, validate, report or exchange information.
