The 2014 Leadership Mentoring Series will present five influential women entrepreneurs throughout the year. These inspiring women entrepreneurs will be featured as mentors, as they share their stories of growth, success, challenges and encouragement, to our community of budding women entrepreneurs.

The Leadership Mentoring Series will be facilitated by Ris Higgins, Owner of Leadership Outfitters, and long-time mentor to women entrepreneurs. She will facilitate a dialogue between the featured entrepreneur and the audience. Join us and be inspired to grow personally and professionally!


Tiffany Lach is owner and operator of Sola Café, Sola’s Bakery and Red Tractor Pizza Company, in Bozeman, Montana. She has spent her life as entrepreneur, creating enlivening places for communities to gather. Sola Café, now in its sixth year, as well as the bakery and new sister restaurant Red Tractor Pizza are the culmination of these efforts. Tiffany has created a thriving network of businesses, employing more than 50 people in the Gallatin Valley, while contributing significantly to the local food producers’ economy. She maintains her dedication to pairing quality with profitability all while celebrating the arts of outstanding food, coffee, and service.

Ris Higgins is a leadership coach, author, and Vice-President of Leadership Outfitters, a Bozeman-based company that provides life-altering personal leadership development through one-on-one coaching, leadership retreats, one-on-one Intensive retreats, and teamwork. Her unique development company serves clients who are seeking to understand their habits that hinder so they can create their best life. She has worked with leaders and their teams since 1974, spending the last 21 years learning the joys and challenges of leading her own business with her husband.
