This one-day class will provide hands-on computer lab experience in learning the basics of QuickBooks Premier Accountant Edition 2014. Some of the tools you will learn include:

  • A basic overview of accounting terms and principles
  • Creating a company file, with the option of creating your own company
  • Setting company preferences so that QuickBooks functions properly
  • Creating a customer, invoicing the customer and receiving payment
  • Performing a cash deal
  • Creating a vendor, bill and pay the vendor
  • Working in the banking menu using “write checks and reconciling”
  • Reviewing reports

Have a bill or invoice you would like to add to your own QuickBooks? Instead of using samples, bring it with you!

Already upgraded to 2015 but still have questions? No problem! Deb will be able to educate you on the differences between the two.

Deb Niedermeyer has been consulting clients since 1999. She became a QuickBooks ProAdvisor when the program started and has been recognized by Intuit for her training with clients. Deb has worked with all size and type institutions from county agencies to small businesses.
