  • Who has Behavioral Control?
  • Who has Financial Control?
  • What are some industry standards?  Commonly known areas are: Real Estate Agents & Construction.  Other areas that aren’t so black & white are: Marketing, Massage Therapists, Yoga or other types of Instructors.

Kari will give you the clear and concise questions to ask yourself to determine the answer to whether an individual is an independent contractor or an employee.

This workshop will be great for both parties involved:

  1. Those who want to be an Independent Contractor and the steps to take in Montana to become certified and
  2. Employers who are unsure on how to classify a worker, because ultimately, it’s YOUR responsibility to know the difference.
