The 2016 Leadership Mentoring Series will present five successful women entrepreneurs’ stories of success and challenges. No speeches, no PowerPoints, no handouts. Just genuine, raw stories. Sessions are moderated by Ris Higgins, owner of Leadership Outfitters and long-time mentor to women entrepreneurs. Join us as they share their advice and encouragement with our community of women entrepreneurs.

Kim Ormsby is an espresso-guzzling, kiddo- and animal-loving Montana native who has trouble sitting still. She fills her downtime with family, the outdoors, cooking, knitting, weaving, and social media. She and her husband, Duane, have six amazing children who are absolutely the inspiration for what we do in our company. They are the perfect, down-to-earth reminders of what life is really about!!
